Open Zoom in Chrome

If Zoom's browser or web client is giving you the 1132 error, clear Zoom's stored cookies and on-device site data. This forces the browser to create a fresh Zoom session instead of continuing to use old or corrupted local data.
Open the Zoom meeting through the browser and stay on the page where the error happens. Click the Site Controls icon located directly to the left of app.zoom.us in Chrome's address bar.
Chrome will open the permissions panel for app.zoom.us. Click Cookies and site data.
Click Manage on-device site data. Chrome will now display the Zoom websites that currently have data stored on your computer.
A window called On-device site data will appear. Use the trash-can icon next to the Zoom entries to delete their stored data. Make sure app.zoom.us is removed. For the cleanest reset, remove the other Zoom-related entries shown there as well.
After removing the Zoom entries, click Done. Return to the Zoom tab.
Chrome may display the message: "Reload this page to apply your updated settings on this site" . Click Reload. If the banner does not appear, manually refresh the Zoom page.
Rejoin the meeting through the Zoom Web Client. Chrome may ask for camera or microphone permissions again. Allow the permissions you normally use and continue joining the meeting.
